Introduction
The 2013 GMC Sierra Denali is a luxury pickup truck designed for performance rather than towing capacity or payload offered in a crew cab body style. This luxury pickup comes fully loaded with the same sort of high-line features as the upscale GMC Yukon Denali sport utility vehicle. The 2013 Sierra Denali is available in rear-wheel drive as well as all-wheel drive models.
Exterior Design and Special Features
The 2013 GMC Sierra Denali gets exceptional fit and finish featuring an exclusive chrome honeycomb grille with chrome surround and chrome center, chrome door handles, and body side chrome moldings. It sits on standard 18-inch wheels, while 20-inch wheels are offered as optional.
The 2013 Sierra Denali has upscale styling and refined interior features. Color-keyed front air dam; power heated auto-dimming side-view mirror with integrated turn-signal indicators; rear parking assist with rearview LED display and audible warning; halogen fog lamps; power door locks and windows; driver information system; remote starter with remote keyless entry; power reclining, heated front leather-appointed bucket seats; automatic dual-zone air conditioning with individual climate settings for driver and right-front passenger; electronic cruise control with set and resume speed; XM Radio with a 3-month trial subscription; and Bluetooth connectivity are among the standard features. Engine
The 2013 GMC Sierra Denali gets the most powerful standard half-ton V8 engine in its class. The 6.2-liter V8 engine churns out 403-horsepower and 417 pound-feet of torque. The engine is teamed exclusively to a six-speed automatic transmission. This FLEXFuel engine is capable of running on unleaded or up to 85% ethanol. It offers an estimated fuel efficiency of 13 mpg in the city and 19 mpg on highways.
Safety
The 2013 Sierra Denali comes equipped with advanced safety features including four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes; frontal, driver and right-front passenger airbags with passenger sensing system; head curtain and side-impact airbags with rollover sensors for front and rear outboard seating positions; StabiliTrak electronic stability system with rollover mitigation technology; and ultrasonic rear park assist.
